Stacy Mondrus is a financial strategist with over a decade of experience in real estate and corporate finance. A graduate of the Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan, Stacy holds a BBA in Finance and Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant in Illinois. She began her career in Transaction Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers, advising private equity clients through financial due diligence. Later, she served as a Managing Director in FTI Consulting's Corporate Finance Practice, where she contributed to high-profile restructuring cases, including the historic turnaround of GGP. Stacy joined the 33 Companies as CFO in 2012, playing a pivotal role in the firm's growth and 2022 sale. At Concord Capital, she leads financial strategy, capital structuring, and investor relations. When not at work, Stacy enjoys tennis and supporting her daughters in their sports endeavors.
