Our journey began in 2008 with the founding of 33 Companies - a vertically integrated firm that grew to over 200 employees across leasing, brokerage, construction, and property management throughout the Midwest including Missouri, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois. Launched at the height of a global housing recession, we leaned into market uncertainty to uncover and capitalize on overlooked opportunities.


In 2022, following years of success, we transitioned The 33 Companies to new ownership through a sale to a venture capital group, an outcome that underscored our commitment to value creation and operational excellence. Building on that foundation, Concord Capital was launched to carry our experience forward.
