Concord Capital is built on a foundation of expertise, strategic vision, and a commitment to real estate excellence. Our journey began in 2008 with the creation of The 33 Companies, a vertically integrated firm that grew to over 200 employees with operations across leasing, brokerage, construction, and property management in the Midwest. We expanded into Missouri, Wisconsin, Indiana, Michigan, and Illinois, delivering sustainable growth and value.
In 2022, after years of success, we transitioned The 33 Companies to new ownership, selling to a venture capital group. This milestone reflected our long-term commitment to value creation and operational excellence. With that chapter complete, Concord Capital was launched to continue building on our experience.
At Concord Capital, our focus is clear: leveraging our expertise to capitalize on market opportunities, delivering strong, consistent returns to investors. "Concord" reflects our values of harmony and collaboration—essential in building alignment with our team, partners, and investors.
We are committed to disciplined execution, market insight, and strong partnerships, positioning Concord Capital as a leader in real estate investment while ensuring our investors remain informed, engaged, and aligned with our long-term goals.
